the regional directors have
served as state organiza-
tion presidents, know their
regions and are able to
represent the state organi-
zations therein, and have
served on an international
committee.
(4) The area representa-
tives shall hold member-
ship as residents of the
areas being represented. It
is recommended that they
have served as state orga-
nization presidents, know
their areas, and are able to
represent the
member countries therein.
(5) The members-at-large
shall have international
