• PAs 62 and 63 make minor changes in the wording of the Society’s name;
• PAs 66-68 make minor changes in the wording of the Society’s purposes;
• PAs 70 and 71 give state organizations and chapters full authority for determining any scholarship fees;
• PA 74 authorizes reimbursements for the European Forum chair to attend the international convention;
• PAs 75 and 76 were amended to assign the immediate past president certain responsibilities, but not to
make her a member of the International Nominating Committee;
• PA 79 makes the Leadership Discovery Centre an international standing committee;
• PA 81 modifies eligibility requirements for international elected positions and PA 7 moves the
requirements to GAPP;

• PAs 83-85 authorizes and provides funding for Canadian, European, Latin American, and U.S. forum-
sponsored conferences;
• PA 89 authorizes the Administrative Board to recommend whether to adopt or not to adopt proposed
amendments to the Constitution;
• PA 90 authorizes the convention to adopt by a 90% vote proposed constitutional amendments that have
not received four months’ notice;
• PA 93 enables members to propose amendments to GAPP; and

• PA 94 amends the Society Ethics Policy to incorporate a procedure for addressing ethical violations.
