            Each member needs to take an active role in shaping

        the future of our organization. This is a chance for all
        members to have a voice in how DKG operates and to
        contribute  to its continued  success.  Every member,
        regardless of title or role, has unique perspectives and
        ideas that can contribute meaningfully to the overall
        health  and future  of  DKG. Both  seasoned members
        and new members can offer fresh ideas and different

        perspectives that  others may not have considered.
        I  encourage  you  to  reflect  on  where  we  want  our
        organization to be and to share the value of your voice
        with the Revisions  Task  Force. Your voice has  the
        power to influence the direction, culture, success, and
        sustainability of DKG. I urge you to take the time to
        share your thoughts, ideas, concerns, and suggestions
