Uppsala University, the results are similar to the national results, but more women
PhD students responded that they had been subjected to bullying in the past year as
compared to the Swedish higher education sector as a whole. The local discussion
heats up on how the results can be used to improve the work environment and
strengthen preventive work. Ultimately, these are central questions that should be
asked all over the world.
