Rationale: Providing centralized training for incoming state organization leaders supports our international Mission and Vision while
providing a consistent, unified message to all leaders. It also affords an opportunity to invest in the grass roots levels (such as training
expenses/travel stipend) of the Society leading to sustainability for DKG. Fiscal Impact: Up to $150,000 to cover expenses of trainees.
Submitted by: Linda Hall, International Leadership Development Committee. Administrative Board Recommendation: to adopt.
