Contribution > Form 43
2. Mail the completed form along with a check made payable to
DKGIEF, specifying the designated fund on the memo line
For state organizations and chapters, donations should be consolidated
into one check from the state or chapter treasurer. Individual checks are
credited to the donor’s personal donation amount.

Tracking Your Donations

Members can view their donation history by signing in to the DKG website:
• Go to MyDKG > My Account
• Select the My Participation tab
• Scroll down to My Donation History
