Shape the Future of Our Second Century

or members passionate about DKG and committed to its growth and success, the International Nominating
FCommittee (INC) presents an opportunity to make a meaningful impact!
DKG International is seeking dynamic, visionary leaders to serve in international leadership positions for the
2026–2028 biennium. As DKG embarks on its second century, members have a chance to help guide the future
of the Society.

Positions open for nomination:
• President
• First Vice President
• Second Vice President
• Member-at-Large
• Regional Directors (one from each of the five regions: Northeast, Southeast, Northwest, Southwest,
Europe)

• Latin America Area Representative
• Canada Area Representative
• International Nominating Committee (one from each of the five regions)
• Finance Committee (two members from any region)
As a member-driven organization, our strength lies in our members. Members were invited to join DKG
because of their leadership potential. Now it is time to put that potential to use!
No doctorate required!
No minimum service in specified state-level positions!
No Leadership Management Seminar or Ignite experience required!

Applications are available on the DKG website and must be submitted to nomination@dkg.org by September
15, 2025, 11:59 pm CT.
Before applying, members should review the International Standing Rules (ISR 8.103) for eligibility,
qualifications, and guidelines. Article VI of the Constitution provides additional information regarding officers
and their duties. Thoughtful responses to the application questions will help the committee better understand
an applicant’s leadership potential. Each application is reviewed independently using a published rubric, with
final deliberations in October.

Want to Learn More?

Members of INC and the International Finance Committee will share information about the application
process during the Inside International meeting on August 5 at 5:30 CT. This opportunity is intended to clarify
the process and answer questions about applying for an international elected position.
Those interested in applying should mark their calendars and make plans to attend the August 5 Inside
International Zoom. The INC encourages member leaders to step up and help shape the future of the organization
and advance the goals of #SecondCenturyDKG.
