The Golden Gift Fund offers professional, life-changing leadership management seminars. The
fund finances the DKG Ignite: Leaders Empowering Leaders program (2022 attendees pictured below).
This biennial program is open to DKG members throughout the Society. Members participate in an
intensive week of leadership/management development with staff and faculty from the McCombs

School of Business at the University of Texas in Austin.
