            Award recommendations                      This  year,  I am  excited  to share the  launch of  the  new
                                                   Membership Journey Map, a strategic project aimed at enhancing

                                                   the membership experience. This comprehensive map identifies
                                                   key touchpoints along a member’s journey with DKG, from initial
                                                   awareness  and  consideration to  onboarding, engagement, and
                                                   becoming an ambassador. Key features include:
                                                       •  Awareness and Consideration: Focused efforts on social
                                                          media, educational events, and word-of-mouth to introduce
                                                          prospective members to DKG’s mission and values.
                                                       •  Onboarding: Comprehensive welcome packages, mentor-
                                                          ship programs, and regular  introductory events to help

                                                          new members feel supported and engaged from the start.
                                                       •  Engagement:     Continuous    learning    opportunities,
