67 (1) Incoming state organi-
(cont.) zation presidents or their
official designees attending
the leadership development
conference shall be reim-
bursed for two (2) nights at
one-half (1/2) the dou-
ble-occupancy room rate
and for transportation at
thirty cents (U.S. $.30) per
air mile round-trip from
the capital of the state/
province/country to the
conference meeting site or
the actual airfare, whichev-
er is less. If the conference
is held in the capital of
the state/province/country,
travel at thirty cents (U.S.
$ .30) per mile round trip
from the president’s or
official designee’s home to
the meeting site or actual
airfare, whichever is less,
will be reimbursed. Four
(4) group meals will be
provided.
(2) New state organiza-
tion executive secretaries
attending the leadership
development conference
shall be reimbursed for
two (2) nights at onehalf
(1/2) the double-occupancy
room rate. Four (4) group
meals will be provided.
(3) The chair of the Lead-
ership Development Com-
mittee shall be reimbursed
for transportation and
lodging expenses to attend
the leadership develop-
ment conference preceding
each international confer-
ence. Four (4) group meals
will be provided at each
conference.
(4) The regional represen-
tative on the Leadership
Development Committee
shall be reimbursed for two
(2) nights at one-half (1/2)
the doubleoccupancy room
