i. Orientation of International
Leaders
Members of the Admin-
istrative Board and inter-
national committee chairs
attending the orientation of
international leaders meet-
ing shall be reimbursed for
transportation expenses.
4.66 Expense Vouchers
Receipts for transportation, lodg-
ing, and meal expenses shall be
attached to an international ex-
pense report and submitted to the
international president within four-
teen (14) days of the last day of the
official meeting. Expense vouchers
may be submitted electronically.
Rationale: Because the current wording in the International Standing Rules is limited in scope, members are incurring expenses
that might not be covered and are not appropriately addressed. Moving the reimbursement policy into GAPP (Guidelines, Actions,
Policies & Procedures) would allow not only for creating a policy that addresses all current needs but also provide consistency
across the work of the Society. Fiscal Impact: None. Submitted by: Cathy Daugherty on behalf of the Administrative Board. Admin-
istrative Board Recommendation: to adopt.
