        From PRES p. 2
Global Members would be connected to virtual groups,
special interest communities, or international programs that suit
their needs and professional roles. As connections develop, they
may transition to local chapters or continue virtual engagement,
depending on their preferences. This approach builds on the
strengths of our chapters by broadening our reach and relevance.
Global Members could begin participation in DKG without
immediate chapter attachment. As interest and availability align,
        they may transition into chapters.

This new approach provides a vital international entry point
for women educators outside our traditional invitation channels
or without a local chapter. It is a direct solution to the barriers
highlighted by these recent real-life encounters. This is not a
replacement for the vital work of our chapters, but an enhancement.
It will allow us to reach further, welcome more broadly, and lean
more fully into our mission and vision.

Additionally, the Membership and Expansion Committee has
refreshed our membership materials. The new brochure, Unlock
Your Potential (pictured right), replaces Journey for Life and
highlights the diverse roles that qualify educators for membership.
It details the professional, personal, and global benefits of joining
DKG, and features an image of a key alongside red roses to
symbolize unlocking potential. See PRES p. 4
