        How We Will Move Forward
Over the past year, we have begun reviewing our governing documents with a focus on simplicity, clarity,
and alignment with our goals. This process is rooted in transparency, shared leadership, and active feedback. In
August, at the 2025 International Conference in New Orleans, Bylaws Revision Task Force Chair Dr. Alejandrina
Mata presented the program Blank Page to Bylaws, and our General Session Town Hall featured updates from
committees and task forces, helping connect the work of many to our shared goals. Be on the lookout for future
online Town Halls and Inside International topics that will continue these important conversations and keep
        members informed along the way.
        The Role of Our Members
Members play a vital role in shaping DKG’s future. Your perspectives, questions, and ideas help ensure
that changes reflect the needs of today’s women educators. Whether through formal feedback, participating in
discussions, or engaging in chapter conversations, every voice matters. Members and state leaders help bridge
those conversations, keeping members informed and involved.
        Looking Ahead
What makes DKG stable is not avoiding change. It is leading through it together. I believe deeply in the future
of this organization and in the power of its people. Together, we will guide DKG into a second century that is
        vibrant, inclusive, and relevant.
