                                For  beginners,  I  recommend  starting  small  by  introducing  design-thinking
                             activities  such  as  brainstorming  warm-ups  (see  https://lucidspark.com/blog/
                             brainstorming-warm-up-exercises)  or  the  Marshmallow  Challenge  (see  https://
                             www.marshmallowchallenge.com/instructions/). When working with a new design
                             team, set norms for listening, brainstorming, sharing, reflecting, and participating.
                             Remember to take time for team building and fun. Finally, as the facilitator, model
                             risk-taking, and do not be afraid to jump in!
