        of our chapter year: (a) the Member ring
        (Figure 2), (b) the Mu Chapter ring (Figure
        3), (c) the NW Iowa District ring (Figure
        4), (d) the ISO ring (Figure 5), (e) the NW
        Regional ring (Figure 6), and (f) the International Society ring (Figure 7).

                                                 Q: What strategies did you use to introduce the
                                                      project?
        The Member Ring                          A: Wanting members to recognize how their strengths and

                                                 personal contributions impact our chapter and Society, the
                                                 Heart Center was our first emphasis. Mu members were

                                                 of personal characteristics and asked members to choose
                                                 10 that demonstrated their strengths, qualities, talents, gifts,
                                                 and skills. We did not ask them to divulge their choices. Our
                                                 rationale was to remind each member that she is AMAZING!

                                                 Q: How were members engaged during your
                                                      presentations?
                                                 A: To introduce the project, personal invitations and hard
                                                 copies of the monthly Bullseye graphics were sent to
                                                 each member. Our chapter newsletter provided pertinent
