directory to network with others regarding registering for various training or professional development
classes of interest that they learned about in the directory. Some used it for inspiration by discovering
what other members have been involved in and how they have continuously challenged themselves in
learning new endeavors toward continuously developing into key educators. As we plan for our May
2023 convention, we intend to use the directory to invite those key educators from the directory to
facilitate identified breakout groups.
For easy access, the first edition was shared with members in the form of an online flipbook.
Members who submitted an entry into the first edition will have an opportunity to update their previous
submission when a second edition is initiated. A template for both new and revised submissions will be
provided for all members who choose to participate, and members will be highly encouraged to use the
first edition as a reference. The goal for the second edition will be to encourage at least 50% member
participation from all four DCSO chapters and to invite our newest members to participate with the
support of their sponsors.

we weren’t busy trying
to facilitate other
crucial matters within
the state organization.
