2025 International Conference —

Building Our Next Century Together

et ready for the most exciting event of 2025! The 2025 International Conference is set to take place from
GJuly 31-August 2, 2025, in the vibrant city of New Orleans, Louisiana. This city, with its rich history, unique
culture, and culinary delights, is a destination like no other. The historic streetcars, the aroma of gumbo and
beignets, and the blend of old-world charm and modern amenities all offer an unparalleled experience for DKG
members to learn, network, and explore.
The Louis Armstrong New Orleans International Airport is just a short distance from the conference venue,

the Sheraton New Orleans hotel. This makes accessing the 2025 International Conference not only convenient,
but also stress-free for DKG members, whether they are traveling from across the states or internationally. The
Content Advisory Committee has selected the conference theme Building Our Next Century Together.
Focused breakout sessions will include:
• Beyond Second Century DKG (Building Sustainability/Society Relevance)
• Human Connections/Social Networking (Building meaningful interactions, relationships, networking)
• Purposeful Leading (Building Leaders)

• Passion Projects (Building well-being with physical, musical, craft, or interactive activity)
• And more…
Regular sessions will be sixty minutes in length, with the exception of Passion Projects. Passion Projects
will be 20-minute sessions allowing members to socialize and get moving while learning a skill such as line
dancing, chair yoga, arts and crafts, singalongs, and other interactive activities that encourage attendees to get
