(SOLT)
ttention all incoming state organization leadership teams! Prior to the 2025 International Conference in
ANew Orleans, Louisiana, the State Organization Leadership Training (SOLT) will be conducted from Tuesday,
July 29 through Thursday, July 31, 2025. SOLT is a comprehensive training specifically designed for incoming
state organization presidents, membership chairs, executive secretaries, educational excellence chairs, and
treasurers. In the fast-paced and ever-evolving landscape of the DKG Society today, effective leadership within
state organizations is more crucial than ever. Whether attendees are seasoned leaders or new to their role,
attending training sessions specifically designed for state organization leaders can be transformative.
SOLT will equip state organization leadership teams with essential skills for navigating and leading the 2025-
2027 term. Not only does the training bring state leaders together, but it also allows for networking with leaders
from various regions and countries. This allows for peers to share knowledge, build connections, and establish
support systems for ongoing collaboration that will extend far beyond the training.
Returning leaders will undergo training to keep informed about new and current practices, ensuring they can
respond appropriately to emerging challenges and gain fresh perspectives. Meanwhile, new leaders will cultivate
a mindset geared towards growth and adaptability, embracing possibilities for change, and fostering a positive
organizational culture to inspire their teams. Attending SOLT is an invaluable investment in the development and
success of each state organization. By enhancing skills, expanding network capabilities, and staying informed
about current practices, state leaders can lead with confidence and efficacy.
State organization leaders are highly encouraged take advantage of the opportunity to learn, connect, and
remain in New Orleans from Thursday, July 31 through Saturday, August 2, 2025, for the 2025 International
Conference immediately following SOLT.
